Jumpsuits are perfect for us lazy girls who still want to look put together without looking like the hunchback of Norte dam in a little less than 10 minutes. Everywhere you click on the Internet you see someone slaying this simple one-piece, dressing it up or down. Even celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, and Kylie Jenner are making jumpsuits one sexy, simple statement piece that is headlining in every Magazine. I’m nowhere near becoming a famous celebrity, but I put my spin on styling this very popular jumpsuit.
I purchased this jumpsuit for only $10 (Yes people… TEN WHOLE DOLLARS!). Thanks to my friend who did the negotiating while I scanned the racks to see what other goodies we could find. You’re probably wondering where I bought a jumpsuit at such a cheap price. “The Alley” is the answer. “How to style Fall for nude” has the full details of what “The Alley” is but, for a shorter version it’s a knock-off flea market in Downtown LA. Something similar to China Town in New York.

The stretchy fabric made this white jumpsuit easy to put on and comfortable to wear. If you are even the slightest bit of uncomfortable with your body, I wouldn’t suggest wearing a jumpsuit with this type of fabric. Plus it’s the ultimate thirst trap, which explains the homeless guy speed walking to keep up with us during my shoot. We were able to hide into the Downtown Forever 21 for a few minutes until he passed us. I swear homeless people in Downtown Houston are always doing the most.
I paired the white jumpsuit with a simple plain denim jacket (similar here). I styled it with a sparkly, faux crystal choker, silver rings, and the best shades a girl could have. Geeze do I love shades, if you’ve been following me on Snapchat you’ll know my old ones fell off my face while in highway traffic. Talk about a total fail! The details for my bag and it’s little accessory can be found in “How to style nude for Fall.”I finished the look with all black Nike Huarache sneakers. I love these sneakers so much and didn’t realize that I needed them until I tried them on in the store. It feels like you’re walking on memory foam at each step. They are really that comfortable! I would definitely add these babies to your Christmas wish list. And don’t forget they add versatility to your wardrobe, being that you can wear them with any outfit you choose.
