Acai Bowl Recipe:

Makes 1-2 servings

1 cup frozen assorted berries (I used blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries)

1 frozen banana

2 tablespoons acai powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tablespoon nut or seed butter (I used peanut)

1/2 tablespoon honey, to taste

Fresh fruit, sliced

Granola (optional)

  1. Add frozen fruit, acai powder, half almond milk, nut butter, and honey to blender. Blend until creamy smooth, adding extra almond milk as needed to get blender running. Aim for a frozen-yogurt consistency (it shouldn’t be thicker than a smoothie)

  2. Once done, add acai mixture into a bowl(s) and top with choice of sliced fruit, oats and granola (optional).

  3. Eat until bowl is clean 🙂
